Shipping and returns
The marketplace carrying a stone supplies the binding order, payment, shipping, return, and dispute terms.
One record, one sales destination
Each available stone links to only one active marketplace listing. That listing identifies the current price, eligible destinations, processing time, shipping method, insurance, signature requirements, taxes, and return policy.
Exact-stone verification
Before shipment, the Ledger ID and physical stone should be checked against the sold listing. Packing and dispatch records should preserve that identity through the transaction.
Marketplace terms govern
The website does not take payment and does not create a separate sales contract. If website copy and the active marketplace listing differ, ask for clarification through that marketplace before purchasing.
